Surgical methods

There are three methods on surgical of hair loss.

Hair transplantation (Hair planting):

The logic of hair planting is; transplantation of the hair which is taken from a part of body that have not tendency to loss, to another part of the body that have hair loss. Taken hair is going to grow as if it is the original place of its. Donor (giver) hair is taken from these parts of the body; head skin (temple), parietal (upper side of emple) and occipital (back of the neck).

Shrinking hair skin:

Puting out a part of skin which have hair loss and then uniting the remaining skin together. The skin that have hair cover the other skin which is hairless.

Flap surgery:

On this method; a part of hairy skin taken from head and it turns own axis to cover hairless place. There are a few types of flap surgery. The most widespread type is Dr Jose Juri’s which is called “Juri Flap” found in middle of 20th century.
